Oreo stays busy pulling our agile teams together, ensuring efficient delivery of software and meeting client deadlines. She also is very timely about her afternoon nap, sometimes sleeping under the desks which reminds her boss, Russ, of the time he spent at Microsoft, sleeping under his desk to ensure new software programs were delivered on time. He is passionate about improving the performance of software development teams and coaching engineers and on how to realize their full potential, improving the quality of their products while still delivering on time. James has spent many years leading engineering teams with a focus on agile development, while ensuring his roles keep him close to the code and as hands-on as possible. James is a Certified SAFeTMProgram Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, and a member of the Visual Studio ALM Rangers.

Larry has over 30 years of experience in product development and business management. He has covered all aspects of Go To Market from ideation, sales, development, delivery, support and end of life. He has experience managing large multi-site teams as well as small teams in startups. Most recently, Larry was with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise where he was responsible for leading the Americas Telecommunications Software practice. Larry has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario Canada.
Breen has over 30 years of experience in advanced technology development and executive management in the creation of Internet products and services, from strategy to release. His early experience as a developer focused on VLSI CAD tools and AI systems for map conversion, fault detection and diagnosis, and power monitoring. For the past 15 years he has held leadership positions in AltaVista, Verano (now part of Leidos), Wurldtech, Neverblue, and Digital River World Payments, in the fields of search engines, critical infrastructure cyber-security custom appliances (both custom hw and sw), performance advertising, and online payments products including back end (transactions, billing, reporting, reconciliation) and front end (web and remote POS app) systems. Breen holds B.Sc. (Dist.) and M.Sc. Computer Science degrees from the University of Calgary.
