Neil is a delivery director with expertise in leading complex programs in digital transformation, software engineering, data science and machine learning. As a senior director in application management for Concentrix, Neil was responsible for the management and strategy of 120 global corporate and call center applications, leading an international team of platform managers. He is also a former IT operations director with experience leading delivery of IT services across EMEA. Neil has deep experience in delivery leadership, application strategy, IT operations, infrastructure, M&A and IT integration focusing on increasing and protecting client revenue.
