He has spent most of his career overseeing IT and cybersecurity operations for regulated, high-volume financial services and payments firms, including SunTrust Capital Markets, Paymetric, Vantiv and Worldpay. With deep expertise in governance, risk and compliance (GRC), including executive and board-level oversight, Mark is well-versed in audit and compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, PCI P2PE, SSAE18 SOC II Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, FFIEC, FINRA, and SEC. He has also led M&A technical due diligence for private equity and strategic clients, supporting over $90B in successful transactions.
