At Vista Equity Partners, she coached product leaders across a portfolio of 50+ companies and established the Product Management Accelerate Program, a highly regarded training program for product management leaders. In addition, she personally navigated transformation challenges in the areas of product and technology and spearheaded strategic transformation initiatives as Chief Transformation Officer for Jamf, a NASDAQ-listed network management software, and in VP roles in global product management and professional services at Thomson Reuters. Cynthia holds an EMBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
